Only good for beverages - Edit
After reading the reviews I thought I'd give this place a go for breakfast. Big mistake. The choice for food was vegan pies I couldn't eat because of an allergy, chocolate bars or a few slices. I went with the lemon slice.
It was stale and dried out, due to being stored in a refrigeration cabinet without wrapping. Anyone who has a passing interest in food knows, if you have something that has been cut or sliced and isn't wrapped, it will dry out in the fridge.
My omni partner who will eat anything, would not try anything. He didn't feel he could trust the freshness of the food. He did ask about one cheese roll on display and was told that was display only, they didn't have any available.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Place is clean and pleasant. But only a destination if you want a beverage and not over fussed about something to eat.
They are really missing out here, there is nothing much around for vegans and if they would simply create a few fresh salads, with falafels or some other protein option and have some fresh sandwiches and rolls available, this could be an awesome destination for vegans in the area.
Pros: none
Cons: Not sure age of food items on display.

Coffee's hot and the muffin is brown... - Edit
Decent range of Vegan options although pricey, but there are very few other Vegan options in the area and some of their Vegan options are from external suppliers (Funky pies etc)
Coffee was decent, staff were knowledgeable and friendly
Pros: options, service
Cons: price

Coffee destination for Vegans in Greensborough - Edit
A wide variety of vegan options available including Funky Pies, Merry Cupcakes, muffins from the Compassionate Kitchen, focaccias, bagels, slices, sandwiches, plus Chai (using a vegan chai mix), hot chocolate, decent coffee and milkshakes.
The owner was very helpful and at ease with answering any questions. The café is well heated and pleasantly decorated.
We only had coffee and a muffin on the day but tempted to go back for their popular peanut butter shake.
Pros: Plenty of vegan options, Good coffee, Friendly staff
Cons: Pricey
