I was excited to see vegan labeled food but the spinach pie (labeled vegan) mentioned that it comes with feta. I asked it if came in pie or on the side and unfortunately the woman taking my order was not sure what I was asking because I think English was not her first language. I tried to ask a few times and then just went with the falafel which was really good.
The falafel were really good, the pita was a bit gummy. The olive oil they used was good, too. Not the best anything I’ve had, but it was a nice find in the airport.
Appetizer items are big enough for a meal, so it’s a good $ deal too!
Holy Land Express has 5 vegan appetizers - labeled as vegan. Not many non-appetizer options though. Many of the "sauces" have dairy FYI - only the hot sauce is vegan (which is my preference anyway). Everything we had was delicious.
Clearly marked vegan options (falafel, hummus plate, spinach pie, samosa etc). Great options, such good falafels. Good prices, quick. However staff didnt seem too knowledgeable on what sauces were vegan or not (I just got tahini with my falafel plate).
Online, the "veg" label means vegetarian. For example, the spinach pie has feta cheese in it. I haven't checked out the physical menu at the airport but will definitely stop by next time I'm there. I love their falafels!

Cute food truck motif - Edit
Enjoyed a nice falafel and hummus wrap. Employees where training so ordering took more time than I'd like.
