Holy Greens is a nice little restaurant where you can buy salads, many of them can be made vegan, some contain fish or cheese.
Read moreI choose the noodle bowl which had a 🥜 peanut dressing, fresh veggies like red cabbage, carrot and cucumber and glas noodles 👌🏼 on top there were 3 little falafel like balls which were very flavourful. 🌱
In the shop you can buy drink and vegan snack as well like lentil chips, fruit and nut bars and raw cakes.

I really love Holy Greens! Theirs salads are large and they have really nice vegan-salads (Grönsakslandet is my favorite!). You can change up o three ingredients and make a salad really resonate with you. Everything is without gluten! Cons, its quite expensive for a salad, but it worth it!

This is placed just outside the mall, and the interior is rather modern and sparse. Because this area have a lot of business it tend to be quite filled during lunch time so you might have to cue, but the food is served quickly.
Read moreI have enjoyed making Variations of Grönsakslandet, which is nice. Also a few of the non vegan options are according to the personal adoptable to be vegan.
The salad is fresh and tastes well, the prices are in the higer price range but matches the food in the food court inside the mall.
Pros: Adoptable menu, Nice personel, Tastes good
Cons: Pricey, Limited seating, Often queues.
