Friendly Staff, Pricey Stuff - Edit

Hadn't visited this branch in a long while, so thought I'd check if they had Koko vegan cheese (someone had commented on Farcebook how they were struggling to find it nowadays), but no sign. Anyway, I used the opportunity to present them with their HappyCow window sticker. As is typical, displaying it requires approval from the branch manager, who wasn't there, but luckily she's a vegan! The team were very friendly, and I came away with some discontinued products at a discount. They're due to change some of the types of items they stock, so I'll visit again sooner; to see if it's an improvement.

Pros: Friendly staff, Vegan-friendly products, Spacious shop

Cons: High step at entrance, Chiller appeared to just be drinks, H&B's usual high prices

Newly refurbished! Lots of Vegan food:) - Edit

I've been told by my girlfriend that this H&B has become so much better since its refurbishment.

She came home today with Vegan sausages, tofu, spiced beans and coconut milk ice cream.
