A bit limited! - Edit
Ok for some basics, but really limited stock. The lack of a chiller section lets it down, it’s really only good for dried goods- even those are thin on the ground.

Very small H&B in the mall. No freezers or fridges. There is a comparable one in Dorking. Better one in Crawley with fridges and freezers.

Small But Convenient - Edit
Compared to some of the larger H & B stores, the Redhill branch stocks an alright range of Vegan products-quite a variety of dried fruits and nuts, some condiments/dips/sauces, snacks, drinks (not chilled), sweets and treats, as well as some supplements, and bathroom/beauty products.
