They vegan options with the buffet are plentiful. The ala carte menu states vegan, but we were unfortunately brought out a vegetarian option 4 times on 4 seperate occasions. Most staff are unaware of what the difference of vegan and vegetarian is. one Occassion we ordered vegan chilli cheese fries, they brought out plain fries, and when questioned initially we were told that was the vegan option. Then someone else came over and told us they don’t do a vegan option of that particular item anymore and they just haven’t taken it off the menu. I ordered a vegan Margherita pizza, after asking for the vegan menu and specifically stating vegan and then they brought out a pizza with dairy cheese and tried to say I never ordered vegan. The plant based burger when ordered vegan had butter on the bun and they tried to say it didn’t. We still have a few days left of our stay so hopefully it gets better from here!
