Pikio Taco - Edit
I got the mushroom burrito without cheese which was decent, but lacked rice and had too much thin salsa... They have a few other mushroom options that can be made vegan, but as another reviewer said there are no sweet potato tacos or burritos. They were pretty quick service.

yep, it’s now called Pikio Taco and the vegan options are slim.

All of the food and cocktails were so good. We got the sweet potato tostado and the sopes (made vegan).

vegan/GF tacos options - Edit
When searching for vegan + GF options in Miami beach this place didn't come up on google or HappyCow but I walked past it and checked out their Menu. Vegan options include: sweet potato tostadas, sweet potato tacos, mushroom tacos, chips and salsa. They were pretty good and the restaurant had a cool atmosphere.
