A small stall that offers vegan bread (banh mi chay) and soy milk. On full moon days (the 1st and 15th of the month) vegan pho (noodle soup) is also offered. Open Mon 9:00am-11:30pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-8:30pm, Thu-Sun 6:30am-9:30am. Hours reported to be irregular.

Went during the full moon day. She only sells pho in the morning and then around 3pm she sells banh mi. On regular days, she sells banh mi early in the morning.

Best bahn mi we had in vietnam!! Located right on the corner. Make sure you get here before 11am as she sells out and goes away!!the filling is delicious. One day i had 2 n my partner ate 3-they are that fresh and yumm!! But like i said get there early!omg the chilli paste she puts in it is delicious!!not to be missed!!

This little stand makes the most delicious vegan bahn mi - Vietnamese sandwiches. Crispy bread, multiple greens, yummy sauces - all for less than 50 cents! It seems that they may only be there in the morning, though. On the northeast corner of the intersection.

These are cheap and delicious. Some street stalls will overcharge you because you are foreign, but not this lovely lady! Not only are they great value (only 10K VND) but they have real taste sensations. She is open from 6-10am and when I got there today she had just run out of bread - but, she went off on her bike to pick up some fresh rolls especially for me.

Delicious vegan banh mi with super crispy bread and tons of ingredients. The chilli sauce isn't too hot and is very tasty. We got the last one of the day! Chucking it down with rain and the friendly lady was still all smiles. She doesn't seem to be there every day (this was our third attempt) but it's worth persevering!

Pick up a delicious vegan banh mi to start your day the right way. The lovely lady will fill the freshly made bread with many delicious things as she always does or you can personalise it. Extra chilli for me. It's right on the corner of an intersection, so the vietnamese drivers will keep you entertained while you wait.

Fantastic Bahn my at such a great price (only 10k each). Makes a great breakfast before you check out Hoi An Ancient Town. Just don't show up there at 12 wondering where the cart is like we did the first time. They are only there till 10am.

So so so yummy. Up there with the top Banh Mi's eaten during a month in Vietnam. Vegan stall. Super cheap, we paid 10,000 VND for 1. Open until 10am so go for breakfast or early brunch. So worth it. I love supporting local vegan and veggie businesses. On the corner of the road near the famous Phuong Banh Mi (this Banh Mi is 10 times yummier despite the queues you will see forming outside Phuong). Don't miss this if your vegan or vegetarian during your trip to Hoi An.
