A small stall that offers vegan bread (banh mi chay) and soy milk. On full moon days (the 1st and 15th of the month) vegan pho (noodle soup) is also offered. Open Mon 9:00am-11:30pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-8:30pm, Thu-Sun 6:30am-9:30am. Hours reported to be irregular.

Super flavorful Banh Mi with a cool story! 🥲 - Edit
The banh mi here is fantastic and for only 15k!!! The bread is fresh and it comes with tofu, mushrooms, veggies, and herbs. We loved it so much, we ended up getting another one.
Read moreWhen you find this stall, you’ll likely be served by Hoi herself. With our broken Vietnamese, we asked her why she charges so little because other places charge 25 to 30k for their vegetarian sandwiches. Hoi said that she wants to keep it affordable and accessible because she’s a Buddhist who simply wants to share her vegan food with people who are willing to try. 😭 Her only ask was to post on happy cow only if we really liked her food. So here I am joining Happy Cow with my first posting! 😊
If you are not vegan, you won’t miss meat with how much flavor she packs into her sandwiches, so non vegans - give her a try!
Lastly, she has a special needs son who would be thrilled if you came by to say hello.
