Unclear if vegan or vegetarian - Edit
The staff claims the “Vega chicken” is vegan but I am not sure if they know the difference (many people in NL don’t). There are no separate labels for vegan options. The food is tasty but the place is usually crowded and many options are gone after lunch hour

Good vegan options - Edit
They offer some vegan options in the form of fresh spring rolls/summer rolls (rice paper filled with veggies and vegan chicken) with hoisin sauce, or as a rice bowl with veggies, vegan chicken and sauce or a rice noodle bowl with veggies, vegan chicken and sauce. They are all super tasty and a nice portion size! There is no vegan banh mi yet but it might be introduced in the future!
