Vegan options? - Edit
I can't recommend a restaurant for vegans when none of the staff (including the cooks) knows if their vegetarian brats are vegan.
Pros: vegetarian options
Cons: can't identify vegan items

Tasty brats! - Edit
We tried a brat in bun each and shared some frits. The dogs were really tasty and the server pointed out that my wife had ordered something that wasn't vegan (sauerkraut cooked in bacon). The frits and dipping sauces were really amazing. Check came to ~$35 before tip.
