A good meeting place when eating with omnivores. Tofu scramble was great with spinach, mushrooms, and tomato. Had it with the ‘hash browns’ which were more like home fries. Great service. Interested to try their power bowl ‘seven veggie medley’ with grilled tofu.

Great Tofu Scramble - Edit
While on vacation with some omnivore friends I found myself craving something healthy and filling and the tofu scramble at Hobee's was exactly what I needed. Flavorful, packed with veggies and served with crispy potatoes. I also noticed on their menu they had non dairy creamer for coffee drinks and a few veg options on the lunch menu.

We always have the black bean chili over rice. There are other vegi options too. Large portions. There is a waiter who works there that memorized everyone’s order. Writes nothing down. Once went there with about 13 people. He did not make one mistake.

I've been to Hobee's many times, and their tofu scramble & hash browns never disappoint! Only a couple vegan options, but it's a great spot for veg and non-veg friends alike!
