They have buffet style food, like dahl, curry and vegetables (also has some salad), that can be heated if you ask. Open Mon-Sun 5:00am-2:00am. During vacation time (at least June) it is open 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Served lentils as vegetarian, had big pieces of beef in it

Seeing the other reviews, I was excited to go here. When I looked through the buffet window (they put the portions in your plate, you don't get to do it), I asked what was vegetarian and they said the potato dish, the lentils and the rice.

When they served me, the potato dish was OK, but then I poured the lentils over the rice and saw big chunks of beef in it. When I told the waiter I could not eat it, he went back to the tray to refill it with the lentils only, without the chunks of beef - I could not believe it. One of his colleagues came over and explained to him that was not acceptable.

Understandably, I was quite unhappy and told them I would be leaving without paying, which they agreed to. This was the second time I walked by and the vegetarian options were extremely limited the other time too. So the reviews others have written here, maybe they got there on a different day. But what I saw in my two times there (one time looking, one time trying it) would NOT make it worth going there.

Across the street is an Indonesian restaurant with multiple vegan items. Better to go there. I am going to submit their name to Happy Cow so they get added.

Cons: GROSS, the lentils had beef in them

Cheap and delicious

I had a great dosa here with coconut chutney and dal. I also got the 3 layered tea veganised with soya milk. My friend got the veggie thali which came out all vegan and a eggplant peanut curry which was one of the most delcious things I've eaten in a long time. Really recommend this place if you don't want to venture out of town for vegetarian restaurant. Very cheap also and the Man working there was super friendly and helpful even though he struggled with my English.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Cheap, Free wifi

Cons: They serve animals😒
