No real vegan options

There are basically no vegan options on the menu. I was able to communicate with the waitress in Japanese so was able to make sure she understood what I can and can't have, but there really were not many (or any good) options. I ended up getting some roasted shiitake (no seasonings) and fresh tofu with ponzu sauce with rice. It was alright but kind of what you would expect of a vegan meal when they don't know how to cook anything vegan except white rice... I would try my luck elsewhere if I were to visit the area again.

Pros: Atmosphere was nice, Traditional place, Service tried their best to find I could eat

Cons: No options on the menu, Need to be able to speak Japanese

Bijzonder lekker en goedkoop

De kok heeft heerlijk veganistisch voor ons gekookt voor 1000 Yen pp. En het was een overdaad aan lekkere, verse groenten en ook voldoende eiwitten. Super!

Pros: Op maat gekookt voor ons, Veel verse groenten, Aardig personeel
