Ausgefallene Sorten, veganes Eis war nicht von normalen zu unterscheiden. Viele ausgefallene Sorten z. B. Kürbiskern. Leider nicht komplett vegan der Laden.

Bauchprobleme und Völlegefühl - Edit
Das vegane Eis hat und gar nicht zugesagt. Danach fühlten wir uns in der Magengegend gar nicht gut. Es blieb ein Völlegefühl. Das vegane Eis hat sich so komisch lang ziehen lassen, wie ein Kaugummi.

It’s a small shop with lovely staff. The ice cream flavours are not very common and tastes really good. The waffles are vegan too!

I chose mango, strawberry-peanut and hauelnut today, while my son was happy with his strawberry-thymian ice cream.
Ice cream is only to go.
You can pay with cash, card, apple pay and so on. They are very flexible.

Tasty vegan ice cream - Edit
Vegan options are clearly labeled and are around 50% of the menu, so quite some options available. The flavours vary every week but are more unique than conventional ice cream shops. This time I tried black sesame and strawberry basil, which were both tasty but not as pronounced as I’d hoped. BUT, I’m amazed that these vegan flavours are available in the first place.

My favourite ice cream in Koblenz, with lots of vegan choices - Edit
They have a lot of extraordinary ice cream sorts which sound weird, but taste absolutely awesome, like pear-parsley, peach-thyme, lime-mint-ginger, golden milk, pumpkin seed etc. etc. But of course, they also have some more traditional sorts. Usually more than half of their ice creams are vegan, and they change from week to week. For several years, I had been convinced that there is only one good ice cream parlour in Koblenz (people who live there will know which one I mean), but then I discovered Hirnfrost and they're my absolute #1 now!

Die veganen Optionen bei Hirnfrost Eis sind klar gekennzeichnet und es hat mir ganz gut geschmeckt. Lediglich die Konsistenz vom Eis hat mir nicht so zugesagt. Die Verkäuferin war allerdings sehr nett und hilfreich!

Jede Menge vegane Sorten, auch mega abgefahrene wie Erdbeer-erdnuss, Kirsch-Banane, Pfirsich-thymian. Aber das beste von allen war Kokosnuss, so cremig. Ein Traum!

Fast die Hälfte der Sorten war vegan. Super lecker und nettes Personal. In Koblenz die einzige Adresse für eine vernünftige Auswahl an veganem Eis. Und preislich kann man wirklich nicht meckern.
