Read moreYes it’s small but last two times I got very lucky and scored table seating, amazing service. Highly recommend - oh the snack wrap is very small so it’s most def a snack, not a full meal. Would come back again next time I’m in DC.

Absolutely loved my meal - ordered the Buffalo Chick’n w/Sweet Potato Fries and a Vanilla Shake. Devoured everything!
Only drawback is that location is very cozy, too cozy and there isn’t outdoor seating. I would totally come back for the eats!

The chick'n in the wrap was crispy and juicy. Good amount of ranch. The onion rings were super crispy. My only complaint is the teeny tiny amount of ketchup you get with them. I could have paid .60 for additional cups but they were so tiny it wasn't worth it.

Excellent menu, I ate Chik’n Salad and it was very good. Kind of pickled salad, very good sauce and Chik’n cubes were good. Small place, but there is a few places to eat on the premises.

This place was recommended by our bartender at the Arlo DC hotel. Wow. It was amazing. My husband got the #10 Philly cheesesteak and I got the #2 crispy classic. I don't like onions and the Philly was still incredible. Both are amazing!!!!

My flight getting into town was super delayed; it was late and I was starving! I can never resist a meatball sub, and it was delicious. Also ordered the green smoothie to have for the morning, and it perfect thing to bring to work bc I had to be up early and didn’t want to have to worry about breakfast. So good!!

This was the best vegan burger I've had. Really just satisfies the craving in every way. I got their classic cheeseburger with seitan bacon, ziggy sauce, etc. I highly recommend!

I LOVE unhealthy vegan food. It’s my favorite. Classic greasy fast food place with burgers, nuggets, milkshakes, you name it, all vegan. Perfect if you’re stoned or drunk or getting over a breakup. I love it. I love when vegan places aren’t all healthy all the time. Just because I care about animals doesn’t mean I care about my own health.

Get a great sandwich and shake at this all vegan restaurant. Order on the kiosk or at the counter and in ten minutes you are enjoying great food. We had a Philly Cheezsteak and a Thanksgiving “Stuffer” which had chicken tenders, stuffing and cranberry sauce. The vanilla shake was excellent too.

hipcityveg is my favorite place. The world is cruel and dark, but I always know that hipcity is there for me with a chicken sandwich or the smokehouse. I was in town for four days and was at hipcity for three of them. Don’t skip.

I may have made a mistake choosing the noodle salad. In any case it was like five strands of noodles and the rest was green salad. Totally over priced. The dressing was good though.
Read moreThe person behind the counter was rude, irritated and wouldn’t help me although no one else was behind me.. I know I’m not American but I do know how to say “water” but she pretended not to understand, even when I spelled it out for her. She probably didn’t like that I changed my mind from a soft drink to water. Her attitude made me leave without ordering the shake I had planned for dessert.

I had the Basic B vegan burger and it was delicious. The Smoky Sweet Snack wrap has a refreshing flavor. The Grilled Chick’n Salad is pretty good for a burger place. The tangerine turmeric drink is excellent.
