Small, Cozy & Homemade - Edit
I stumbled upon this café by chance while exploring the town and, even though it only had one review at the time, we decided to give it a try. It’s a very small and charming café with just a few seats outside and even fewer inside. It does get quite tight, but that also adds to the cozy feeling. Lots of wood and natural elements create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Read moreThe staff were very busy due to the constant flow of guests - as soon as someone left, new people arrived - so ordering took a bit longer. That didn’t bother me at all; you could tell they were doing their absolute best, and it’s honestly nice to see a small café being so popular.
The matcha latte was really good, although I personally prefer it a bit stronger. There were several cakes on display and all of them sounded delicious, but unfortunately only one was vegan. I believe they called it a “Schmand cake,” which initially confused me - to me it tasted more like a classic cheesecake. Either way, it was truly delicious and clearly homemade.
Overall, a lovely little spot and a great reason to support a small local café business.
