Incredibly healthy and delicious fast food - Edit
Delicious and comforting healthy whole foods. Only one dish served per day so the food comes out very quickly, basically as fast as fast food. I ordered the large size and my gf got the smaller and she wished she had gotten the large.
Read more*The soup had mung beans, lentils, veggies and squash. It was 10/10 delicious and comforting.
*The plate had brown rice, steamed kale with a sauce, a spring salad, delicious lentils, and delicious steamed veggies. Seasoning was perfect on everything.
*Himalayan pie - delicious and bright tasting
Fully vegan place! Music was a little repetitive is my only note, one song played the entire meal.

taste the lovingkindness - Edit
What a joy to find this restaurant tucked away in a little corner of Sacramento! Ordering is made simple by the fact that the menu is predetermined; one only has to choose between the "moderate" size and a larger plate priced a couple of dollars more. As one patron advised me, "get the small plate and get some pie too." Yes, there's pie too. And kombucha, to round out the options. The gentle chef and staff are sweet and welcoming. The organic food is marvelously prepared, flavorful, and healthy. One leaves feeling truly nourished. It's a small, simple, and unpretentious place where one can take the time to savor every bite of lovingly prepared goodeness.

Finally healthy vegan option - Edit
Delicious and flavorful. Only place i can think of that is an actual healthy vegan option. One meal is made each day and you have the choice of ordering a moderate size or full size plate.

We were lucky to find this place. Amazing meal! - Edit
Traveling through town looking for a healthy meal. From Tibet, these chefs have an amazing concept. Because of some unique dietary considerations, they made it to order with no salt and very little oil. Sauces were incredible. And salad dressing was so fresh and flavorful. All with no dairy or animal products of any kind. They have a rotating menu each day based on the freshest ingredients. It’s a complete meal, soup, salad, greens, vegetables, rice and beans or lentils.

Authentic Tibetan Vegan - Edit
We love the food and the people here. It is true to its Tibetan roots. They serve a plate of five dishes which varies sightly each day. You can also order the individual dishes a la carte. They also serve kombucha and deserts. We have eaten there three times in the last two weeks. There has always been a flavorful legume dish, like lentil dahl or garbanzos, brown rice, steamed greens, steamed vegetables and fresh greens with a wonderful dressings. We did not detect any added oil. The people there are native Tibetan and very friendly. There is a picture of the Dali Lama on the wall and soft music in the background. If any of this sounds good to you, you will like this place very much.
