Very nice restaurant.

Came here very often during my research internship. It is very close to the port. Buffet style food all vegan and hot pots or pho bows. Best pho I have had! Warning: if you order coffee they not offer vegan milk only cow milk! However they do sell seperate lotus soy milk

Pros: Affordable, Delicious, Good location
