Just wow - this was delicious - Edit
We went here after I took several Yoga classes in this resort. The restaurant is part of the hotel but open for public with a cocktail bar and tapas/fusion food. We ordered the cauliflower (without yogurt), roasted eggplant, butternut squash and a pizza margarita without cheese. Everything was packed with flavor and beautifully arranged. The seating area is cozy and welcoming. Big recommendation!
