Switched Vegan and Meat Menu - Edit
I ordered a vegan menu with plant-based meat but was accidentally served a meat dish instead. Unfortunately, I only realized the mistake after my companion had tasted our food and told me, that our menus had been switched. Such an oversight should not happen, and even more disappointing was the lack of an immediate apology; instead, they tried to justify the situation. After a lengthy discussion, we were finally offered a small discount. Given the circumstances, we expected more professionalism in handling such issues. On a positive note, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the rest of the food was delicious.

Sehr schöne Lokation. Es gibt mehrere Räume, einer davon extra für Gäste mit Kindern. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett.
