Affordable good food - Edit

Everything is vegitarian, and plenty is vegan. They have a changing daily menu, made vegan on request. Really enjoyed it.

The cooking skills are not to prove (perfect seasoning, tasty - they made me eat and enjoy chards for god sake!). The meal was perfectly balanced, vegan.
I understood it is the restaurant associated to a nearby clinic and where they are treating cancer. The restaurant is the kitchen of the patients. This explains the old style, the napkin in lace, the old style and everything (which only adds to our precious this place is).
I took the main meal. Plenty of food. I only finished my plate because it was delicious but you won't leave here with a empty belly. 16.5 euro for the lunch menu. Very honest i think.

Good lunch options - Edit

Tried the light lunch menu and it was delicious. It consisted of a bean chutney with rice, broccoli in a tomato sauce, lentil and beans stew. There are 3 lunch options, one of which is a self service buffet which has quite a variety to choose from. Prices are average. Only accepts cash.

lekker vegetarisch in Lelystad - Nice vegetarian restaurant - Edit

We weren't expecting to find any vegetarian restaurant in Lelystad. But what do you know? So as soon as we came from the highway we stopped at the gasstation to look search on our phones. 150m... from our location? Mist be a joke! But it wasn't! On Valentine's day we both had an excellent meal.
We will be back!
