Great cakes - Edit
One of the few sit-down cafes in Hamburg Schanze area that offers a number of delicious vegan cakes. I had the semi naked chocolate berry cake.

Sehr süßes Café mit veganen Kuchen - Edit
Ich liebe das Herr Max, es ist ein sehr süßes familiäres Café und immer voll mit wirklich köstlichen Torten, Kuchen und Gebäck. Es ist wie eine kleine Schatzsuche, denn es gibt immer was neues. Schade das das Café nicht rein Vegan ist, würde denen sehr gut stehen. Unser Hund durfte auch mit rein.

Tasty but dry pastries - Edit
A nice small bakery with vegan breakfasts (sandwich, musli ets), some pastries (one type of cupcake, one type of scone and banana bread), ice cream (when I visited they had 4 flavors and not only sorbets) and drinks with plant based milk.

Usually you get scones with cream or jam and I really missed it cause the dough was dry. But sweet enough because of chocolate chips.
Cupcake was full of flavor and had some nice edible glitter on it but again to dry inside.
Also I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my order - two pastries from the window, no cooking or heating or whatever needed.
Bottom line - it’s ok to stop by if you’re in the area but I wouldn’t plan to visit this place specifically. And maybe it’s better to visit in the morning, cause I got these nice but dry pastries at about 7 pm.

Cool looking pastries and cakes but never had them. I had drinks and breakfast. Also ice cream is delicious. I like sitting there with friends for the good atmosphere.

Zur Auswahl stand veganes Bananenbrot und ein Schokoladen Cupcake. Ich hatte den Cupcake und er war sehr sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Vielleicht bieten sie irgendwann mehr Veganes an.. :)

lohnt sich nicht, gibt meist nur einen Cupcake und der kann auch schonmal seeeehr trocken sein. Nicht wirklich überzeugend, dann lieber ins liebes bisschen, das ist nicht weit weg.

Highly recommend! Yummy vegan selection too! - Edit
Was there once, tried the banana bread, a cup cake (both vegan), and a coffee, which was all excellent. Very nice cafe with some vegan options. They don't label it as vegan, so you need to ask for it, which I actually quite. I feel that it normalises vegan options and omnis are more likely to eat them, too.
