Lovely little café - Edit

This place has more space at the back! We almost didn't go in because it looked full, but there is a room at the back too. The bagels with cream cheese and soup were really tasty, and the café is decorated nicely. There are books in the back room for children (all about hermit crabs!) in English and Welsh.

The place is really queer friendly and has lots of trans inclusive messages, which is refreshing to see.

Pros: Lovely staff, Tasty food 😋

Amazing little spot - Edit

Hermit Crab is a beautiful little spot, a hidden gem! It's peaceful, and friendly, and there are such a delicious range of drinks to chose from. My favourite is their special hot chocolate - hazelnutty and rich. They also do amazing turmeric lattes, dirty chais and a rather unusual but incredible betroot hot chocolate. And then there are the pastries and homemade welsh cakes in many flavours... all to die for. There are many veggie and vegan treats. If you're in Machynlleth, go here!!
