Best biltong in town

If you're looking for seitan products, this is a great product to try out. Available at many places throughout SA.

I cannot believe how GOOD their seitan steaks are

I have been vegan for nearly 5 years and even though I don't miss animal products, I am currently busy veganizing the flavours I grew up with in my country of origin, which is Portugal. I seldom come across well cooked seitan but Herbi Vohr's seitan steaks are just so yummy and so tender, it's impossible not to love them. I used them to make the typical Portuguese pregos and couldn't have been happier with the result, as the original flavour blended very well with the marinade I made. These steaks are ideal for those who are currently busy transitioning from omni to vegan or vegetarian.
It also makes me very happy that Herbi Vohr is now available at Jackson's Kyalami Corner, which is just around the corner from where I stay.

Faux meats are incredible

These guys do vegan bacon, ribs, wors and more and it's all incredible. They don't have a shopfront that I know of yet, but you can pick up a selection of their products at The Fussy Vegan and at the monthly Vegan Hippie Market at Pirates. It's totally worth stocking up when you can.

Can't wait for these guys to expand distribution.
