Juice bar

A juice & smoothie bar also serves smoothie bowls, elixirs, salads, oatmeal and toast, some of which are organic and/or vegan. Great! And lovely spot.

Been coming here when we visit the Lou since it opened as my daughter is addicted. She’s moving across the street and fearful of the budget impacts :-)

Avocado toast swell. Love all the juices I’ve tried. Etc.

Açaí bowls family says are top notch.

Does serve honey and I think the waffles have egg. So ask if unsure

Pros: Healthy! , Tasty!, Nice space. And easy parking

Cons: Spawn living across street and $$$ :-)

Forest bowl is amazing

Haven’t tried the juices but had two of the bowls on separate occasions, both excellent.

Really tasty smoothies. Love the space.

Really tasty smoothies! Get the vanilla dream!

Pros: Most options are vegan and are happy to do subs

Cons: A little pricey but worth it

Best in the area

Hello Juice & Smoothie is by far the best place in STL for acai bowls. They have alternative bases, like dragonfruit and spirulina. I tried the Ocean Bowl, which had a spirulina base and was topped with kiwi, pineapples, strawberries, granola, coconut flakes. It was supposed to include dried dragonfruit but I didn’t see the dragonfruit. I also saw that the spirulina base was pre-made and they pulled it from their fridge. Nonetheless, the bowl was delicious and everything tasted fresh to me. Also, the kiwi is served with the skin on. I never knew kiwi skin was edible until they told me. Interesting discovery!

Aside from bowls they have smoothies, oatmeal, avocado toast, etc. I was told that aside from the bread for their toast, everything else on the menu is gluten-free. Double check that if you have gluten sensitivities though.

The space was very nice. I loved the set up. I will certainly be back to try more of the menu.

Right across from a dog and kid park, this place will undoubtedly make you feel warm, comfortable and maybe even crack a smile once you walk in.

Pros: Vegan and ‘normal’ options, Healthy! Tasteful , Lots of space

Cons: Slightly expensive for portion sizes, but worth!

Very Vegan Friendly Menu

Very good food and easy to customize menu. Their products containing dairy can be swapped out for coconut milk with little to no upcharge. The employees are knowledgeable about the ingredients in their products and whether or not they are vegan friendly. They also have vegan alternatives for a lot of the things that contain animal products (ex: hemp protein instead of collagen).

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Customizable menu

Cons: A bit pricey, Have honey, bone broth, whole milk
