Serves meat, vegan options available. Hell-themed pizzeria founded originally in Wellington in 1996 and has since grown to operate franchisees across New Zealand. Offers a separate vegan menu that includes around 9 pizzas plus other items like vegan nuggets, salads, garlic bread, sorbet, and ice cream sandwich. Gluten free bases are vegan, as well as the gluten free garlic bread. Open Mon-Tue 4:30pm-9:30pm, Wed-Thu 11:30am-9:30pm, Fri 11:30am-10:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:30am-9:30pm.

Just Good Pizza

Hell make the best pizza, we're the first to offer a vegan pizza on the menu in NZ, and have consistently expanded their vegan options for both pizzas and sides. The website ordering is very easy, delivery isn't too slow, and the local franchise tend to be very good. The only real complaint is that the size of the fake meat chunks on the burger pizza and pizzas with quorn toppings can be on the large side.

Pros: Heaps of custimisable vegan options, Great website and online ordering, Vegan desserts available

Cons: On the expensive side, Promo bonus items are rarely vegan friendly

Great takeout option

Hell Pizza is the best mainstream place for vegan pizza. They have a few vegan options on the menu but it's also easy to create your own custom pizza. Vegan nuggets are a bonus, they can be ordered as a side with dipping sauce or even as a pizza topping. It's great to have a choice of vegan cheese too (though personally I always go for mozzarella!). They even have a couple of vegan dessert options (ice cream sandwich and sorbet).

Pros: Delicious food, Easy to customise, Quick and easy delivery

Cons: Pricier than other pizza places, Do not have regular specials or "combo" deals, Only vegan desserts are ice-cream and sorbet
