Serves meat, vegan options available. Busy, quick service sushi train restaurant close to Harajuku on the main strip, across from Omotesando Hills. Plates of sushi navigate their way around the counter, and patrons select what they want (charged per plate). Several vegan options are listed on the menu (Japanese and English). 2016 NO MARKINGS FOR VEG, REMOVED.

not worth going. hard to get vegan. - Edit

Don't bother. Unlike the happy cow description, there is not a vegan menu nor is vegan options marked on the menu (at least in English) (or my poor understanding of Japanese as far as I could tell). Ended up ordering cucumber roll and edamame. Asparagus came with non vegan Mayo on the side but touching some of the asparagus (did not eat). Natto rolls looked vegan but I didn't have any.

I've been to other random sushi places which happen to have vegetarian menu. This place didn't have that. Don't go.

Cons: no vegan menu. , no clear vegan options. , whole places smells very fishy and unappealing.

Vegan Sushi Options - Edit

If you can get over the dead fish passing by on the sushi train then this is a great spot for a "Japanese" experience. English speaking staff, bilingual menus, and delicious vegan sushi with several options. They charge per plate and there are different prices, varying with the items ordered/taken off the train. Located steps away from Oriental Bazaar and Kiddyland so a nice oasis while shopping in Harajuku/Omotesando.

Pros: Tasty vegan options, Accommodating staff, Great value & location

Cons: May be visually offensive
