Slim pickens in Oregon Il

So in case you find yourself in Oregon Il your options are limited. Hector's cocina has a small vegetarian menu but they were willing and able to accommodate us by making some Vegan potato flautas and a roasted poblano pepper with mushrooms and onions as well as some roasted jalapenos. The chips guacamole and red salsa were also very good! The staff and what I assume we're the owners were very polite and willing to tell us what they used to cook the items with to make sure and validate what we were getting was indeed Vegan. A great experience and awesome meal!
