SO MANY VEGAN DESSERTS - Edit
Any vegan knows how difficult it is to get decent dessert, so finding a place with this many options is so exciting (and it’s not sorbet!!). I have such a sweet tooth and the quest for dessert is a constant battle. I’ve been here so many times and I’m slowly working my way through the menu-you’ve got the option of a variety of waffles, cookie dough, milkshakes, croffles (croissant waffles and they’re insanely good), mochi and brownies, and lots of small plates incase you want a bit of everything. Theres a mix of chocolate and fruit based desserts so there’s something for whatever mood you’re in. There’s also a wide variety of drinks that are so delicious they’re basically desserts in themselves. Lots of gluten free vegan options too so I was able to come with my gluten free friend (pretty sure the waffles are GF). Prices are pretty reasonable too, you’re looking at about £8-9 for a big waffle with all the toppings, £6 for a milkshake. Come with an empty stomach because you’re going to want everything.

On more than one occasion been give a table with dirty cutlery and staff acting like it’s the biggest chore in the world to give us clean. Love other branches of heavenly desserts just not this one anymore unfortunately

Waiting for heaven - Edit
Having tried the branch in Leeds we were excited to visit the Newcastle branch. Inside the interior is plush and they have a big vegan menu available, from which we ordered a dark chocolate and pistachio cookie dough to share. The service however was really slow and it took an age to take our order and a further 45 mins before it arrived, as there were only two staff on. They also had no pistachios so we exchanged for honeycomb instead. Staff were very apologetic for the wait and change to the order and to their credit we got 20% off the bill. Despite all the issues, when the order did arrive, the cookie dough was heavenly with deliciously creamy chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

Fancy dessert place - Edit
This is an elegant, fancy dessert place. The surroundings are elegant, you are served by waiters. Note that you must ask for a special vegan menu—at first, my waiter didn’t quite know what I was talking about, but I insisted and they found that there is indeed a special menu. This special menu included both gluten free and vegan items—so be careful that you don’t order a non-vegan gluten free item by mistake (though a few items were both gluten free and vegan). I had a brownie with warm custard sauce—quite a treat indeed.
