Yummy and next to the train station - Edit
If you're travelling to/via Katowice and wanna grab something next to the train station, go to Heat - they have a variety of foccacia, cannoli, coffee and many more, in a very reasonable prices. 10/10!

Great selection of fresh focaccia sandwiches and more, fair prices, friendly staff. So good in fact that you might want to drop by several times a day (although they do tend to run out of the most popular choices in the afternoon).

Hidden gem in the middle of the city - Edit
Somehow I missed that there’s a new vegan spot in Katowice and came across it quite randomly via Instagram reel. It is located a bit out of the way for my usual routes, so took me extra time to finally visit the spot.
Read moreI regret not visiting earlier. I believe it’s the best vegan spot in Katowice atm. The combination of flavours and ingredients in a „simple” focaccia is worthy of high-end restaurant. It’s filling as well, so makes worth the price (26pln).
I had the „Foka Szarpana”, will comeback to try other Fokas 🦭
There’s pastries as well, but less variety there - I had raspberry cannoli. It was delicious as well, would like to try other pastries next time.
Guy running the place seemed friendly and helpful, another plus there!
On the downside, I would love more info on what the daily menu is - some positions are staples, but feels like pastries change quite often. It’s a minor remark though, and given the small size of the business it’s understandable. Instagram profile seems to be updated with daily menu reels more and more often, so that’s a plus there.
