Offensive and an insult to Korean culture - Edit
Food is the absolute worst! Bastardized to it's core! Made by someone with an identity crisis. This cook has delusions of grandeur and clearly lying to themselves if they think their food is actually good. Bibimbap=TRASH Dumplings=TRASH Kimbap=TRASH. No kimchi with the Bibimbap sauces were weak AF and obviously catered to accommodate more sensitive pallets which makes it boring. It's obvious why the truck has to look flashy and bastardized in order to lure the people that are naive. It is an utter offense and insult to my heritage and culture.

Kimchi pajeon is soooo good!!! I dream about this dish -- comfort food that has the perfect about of grease, flavor and satisfaction. Try it with one of the sauces available -- I enjoy the hot sauce. - Edit
Chad is a very friendly and kind person. He lived in Korea for many years and now operates a food truck that brings tasty Korean comfort dishes to Northern Michigan. Three of the six items on the menu are vegan or can be made vegan. They are parked right across from Earthen Ales -- place your order and grab a beer at the brewery and eat at the brewery (inside or outside) -- It's a great location, amazing food and great place to hang out.
