Expensive but the only one - Edit
Healthy U is where I buy my organic lentils and certain stocks and Quinoa, but it is horrendously expensive, for a guest house to buy from them becomes too much to sustain, so occasionally we have to remove certain dishes from the menu in order to keep costs down. But they have the monopoly on these kinds of legumes and pulses so without competition, prices will always be high.
Competition is good for everyone, including the store.
Pros: Available organic pulses, Geographically central at Sarit centre, Helpful staff
Cons: Way too expensive, not enough variety
