New owners!

Typical health food store. They've got what you typically find (E.g., vitamins, gluten-free products, spices, bulk foods, etc.) The new owner is putting an emphasis on more fresh and local produce which has been great. They now have mushrooms (as of writing Oysters mainly) you can't find without going 20-30 min away!

Local and Friendly!! Lots of vegan options.

I love this place! It’s a locally owned health food store with tons of supplements, snacks, pantry items, spices, limited refrigerated items, tea, etc.

I go in often, so they know me by name and always let me know when something new domes in that is vegan.

Their stock can shift a bit depending on what sells - as it’s SUPER small - but they can place case orders for product at a 10% discount. They also have a rewards program for discounts based on amount spent over time. They just look you up by name.

They carry vegan snacks, chocolates, ice creams, daiya products (shelf and refrigerated). They have a full shelf unit dedicated to tea, which I LOVE. I love tea. Lol.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Can place special bulk orders for 10% discount , Super helpful and friendly staff

Cons: Stock can shift, Very small - limited offering
