I am so happy that HM was able to open a new shop, inside fancy Central no less! Lovely as always, took a while to be prepared which shows that they make their food fresh, an important factor in raw cuisine. Avocado toast was so good, could've eaten 5!

Bear in mind that you need a 'cash card' to pay for the food. The cashier is in the middle of the eating area, you pay money and they give you a card with said amount. Anything left over at the end, can be returned to you in cash.
