Healthy & delicious place to eat - Edit

After spending a few days in Burlington, and getting more and more desparate for some healthy, tasty, higher quality vegetarian food, I'm so pleased I stumbled on this place. It's basically a more inventive version of Whole Foods, and has a salad bar and a hot bar towards the back of the store. Very much like the wonderful store, Bread and Circus in Boston.

For dinner tonight I had daal (Indian lenils), stir fired veggies, brown rice, steamed kale and grilled tofu, with a bowl of vegan chili. All delicious and good value. You help yourself and pay by weight. True, you do have to pass by some meat and fish displays, but compared to the other offerings in Burlington (grim), this place is wonderful.Food finishes at 8PM, but you can sit and eat until they close at 9PM

Pros: Healthy, Fresh, Delicious

Cons: slightly limited choice
