Very impressed, as they have good range of Vegan options, the lady who owns the shop , is very helpful and very knowledgeable. A must visit when on the island

Delicious cakes - Edit
This is a great little health food store where vegans can buy all kinds of products during their holidays on the Isle of Wight. They store quite a lot of chilled products like vegan cheeses and meat replacements but also dried fruits etc.
They do also do home made cakes and those are delicious! Make sure to stop by when you are arriving in Cowes with the ferry!
