Healthy Harvest

So many vegan options at Healthy Harvest! Thai Tempeh Salad is so good and there are Raw Cakes, Bliss balls, Vegan Milkshakes and querky House made jams to enjoy w/ Vegan croissants :) curries and soups and tasty vegan toasties & vegan banana bread! The super food salad served with cashew cream cheese is so filling and tasty!
If what you're after isn't on the menu, ask because the staff are very good at adapting things and it's ALL organic!

We spotted this cafe just as we were passing back through Mission beach. It's quite a small store but has some good products. The outdoor seating area is decorated really nicely and makes for a lovey place to have lunch. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with assisting us in choosing vegan options. Most of the items on the menu can be adapted to be made vegan. I had the vegan protein bowl which was really good, my partner got the avocado smash but with cashew cream cheese instead of ordinary cream cheese, which was really yummy. The drinks can also be made with non-dairy milk.
