Yummy Options - Edit
The menu at first looks deceiving when it comes to vegan options, but pretty much everything can be customized to make it vegan. I had the Vegan Tacos and they were delicious. The place is a little pricy but it’s comparable to other vegan options in the area.

It’s not vegan junk food! Usually restaurants with vegan options just have vegan junk food options. Not here. It is healthy, comforting and fresh! So good!

I ordered via Uber eats the vegan Cobb salad (added a beyond patty) and the vegan quesadilla.

Miss: vegan Cobb salad. It was 90% lettuce! Tiniest bit of dressing (maybe 1 tbsp), I added more things I had at home to try to fill it out a bit. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t eat that again. They claimed there was avocado in the salad but I got none.
Pros: Healthy, Fresh veg in quesadilla , Beyond burger option
Cons: Cobb salad was tasteless

Knowledgeable, pricey, delish - Edit
The menu doesn’t initially look vegan friendly at all but they were very helpful on the phone, said you can replace meat with a beyond or garden burger in the bowls for no extra charge, and the sauces that say honey on the menu have now been replaced with agave. Food was delicious. Downsides were cost and time it took for the order. They did say they were understaffed because someone called out sick, so understandable. Best of all, owner told me as i was leaving to feel free to call with new menu suggestions
