Worth the trip - Edit

This is a nice, friendly little restaurant that’s pleasantly far away from the noise of the city. Maybe not worth traveling out this far just to eat here, but certainly worth stopping at if you are out in Yuen Long for any other reason. Great bibimbaps.

There are English menus, but the staff don’t seem to speak English. But it’s food, just point!

Pros: atmosphere

Warm Bowls of Bibimbap - Edit

The bibimbap was delicious and filling. The pumpkin and taro one tasted a bit like American chicken and dumplings (in a good way!) A warm and inexpensive meal for a cold day.

Lotus Healthy Vegetarian, Hong Kong - Edit

I ate here yesterday. They have an English language menu and also there's some English spoken among the staff (useful for anyone like me is still knows hardly any Chinese languages). There's also a menu of the egg and milk free dishes.

I had curry vegetables. Very nice.

Staff, setting etc, no issues. It's barely a minute walk away from the main drag (Castle Peak Road).

Pros: Separate menu of egg and milk free items
