Lotus Healthy Vegetarian, Hong Kong - Edit
I ate here yesterday. They have an English language menu and also there's some English spoken among the staff (useful for anyone like me is still knows hardly any Chinese languages). There's also a menu of the egg and milk free dishes.
I had curry vegetables. Very nice.
Staff, setting etc, no issues. It's barely a minute walk away from the main drag (Castle Peak Road).
Pros: Separate menu of egg and milk free items
