Nice place for a quick lunch - Edit
I tried the kale wrap and the Mediterranean wrap. Both were very fresh and flavorful. There is limited counter seating inside with tables outside, but it was a comfortable place for a quick lunch break.

Delicious salad and wrap! - Edit
Delicious salad and wrap with vegan options. Not a ton of seating when cold outdoors but the food is worth it. And if the weather is nice then it is a win!

Vegan Paradise - Edit
A great place loaded with plant based options. A huge relief given the lack of vegan friendly places in the area.

Tasty but Pricey For Sure! - Edit
First and foremost it's pretty pricey, so much so that I only ordered as a splurge. I did order delivery, so I can't say anything for how the building itself was! The mediterranean wrap was delicious; I felt I got my money's worth out of it since it was stuffed full of yumminess! It was bigger than I thought and very filling for what it was! The Mermaid Lemonade, while very pretty, is an acquired taste, I think. It didn't taste like it was sweetened at all and was fully on lemony, briney flavor ( the best I could describe it is lemony seawater). I don't see myself ordering it again but it was nice to try it once! Overall, I really like it and I only knocked a star off because of price - it's higher than i'm use to paying for veggie wraps and lemonade.
Read moreA note! If you're ordering online, there seems to be a error with the menu! One delivery service has it where they offer a lot of different smoothies and things but they're sold out but on their website the menu is really small. So i'm not sure what that is about.
Pros: Fresh food, Filling portions
Cons: Pricey/A little expensive, Smallish Menu, Confusing online ordering

Crushing disappointment - Edit
Person who made our smoothies used bananas that were so unripe that the ends were green. She had to use muscle to scoop the unripe mango out of the shell. Many of the smoothies are $8-10 for 20 ounces. Almond milk is not organic. Overall I feel it cost about $1-2 to make smoothies we paid $10 for and they tasted green and starchy. I would have been happy to pay $10 per smoothie if we got high quality ingredients. Green bananas, rock hard mango and non-organic items - I won't let the joke be on me next time. This review is in April 2018 I would suggest giving them a try maybe in 6-12 months and perhaps they will become truly natural minded and learn how to make a decent smoothie by then. If this review seems hard let me remind how, they raped my wallet when they could have said, "hey we don't have any ripe bananas or mango". :(

Amazing food and smoothies - Edit
Probably the most vegan friendly place in Spartanburg. Yogurt and honey are the only non-vegan items they have. The breakfast wrap was great and so was the Mocha Maca. Owners are cool and health-conscious folks.

vegan wraps, overnight oats, juices and smoothies - Edit
Not a huge menu, but my husband and I each had one of the wraps and they were very tasty and healthy. We were just passing through on our way home and we wanted to eat something that wouldn’t clog our arteries and wasn’t fast food. Their pressed juices are pricey but very good. My son enjoyed the overnight oats, also vegan. If you’re looking for a healthy stop in, this is a good option.

Pricey, but Tasty - Edit
The location is very nice: while the restaurant itself is quite small, there is also seating outside and park benches just a short walk away. Some items do have yogurt and/or honey, but most options are vegan or can be made vegan, and several of the fruits are locally sourced. The dressing on the kale and hummus wrap was especially good, and overall, I'd say it's nearly worth the price.
