I had a difficult experience with customer service with a young female. If they are going to use young staff they should make sure they are trained more effectively. I love the products and very rarely ask for help. Also there were no baskets etc and I dropped an expensive item and broke it. I have been shopping here for over 15 years.
Pros: good products
Cons: poor confusing service, no product information
