Cook you own food! - Edit
Vegetables and fruits in Macedonia are said to be organic. They are fresh, tasty and inexpensive. I bought and prepared our own food, I choose to stay in an apartment with (mini)kitchen just cause it.
Also, we tried the traditional "Tavče Gravče" in some restaurant, this s another option...

nnemanuela 17 Dec 2014 - This is correct. No need to look for "organic" labeled produce in Macedonia; pretty much anything bought at a local green market would be organic.
