Great for Specialty Items - Edit

This is such a treasure, and I wish them so much success. They have a lot of specialty items that I had never seen in stores before, such as May Wah brand mock meats. It's also nice to see that they have a lot of spice mixes. I haven't tried the dine-in options yet, but I will update my review when and if I do.

Pros: Convenient, Affordable, Good atmosphere

Cons: Inside of the store smells a bit stale

Little slice of heaven in newark - Edit

I found this place the other day..they have been family owned for 40 years! Very clean old school health food store..that has a small kitchen in the back with a counter and some bar stools...juices..smoothies..
bowls..wraps... sandwiches and every herb or spice known to man available... everything made to order with homemade love and care..charming woman named Becky and her son run the place..

Pros: No frills...just an old school health food store , VERY AFFORDABLE!!

Cons: No cons..this place rocks!

A Must Visit!!! - Edit

Health Foods is a must visit in the Newark area. They offer a wide array of vegan sandwiches to go, fresh juices... Wheat grass... Vegan cookies, and a great amount of groceries.
