Lovely shop - Edit
A lovely wee shop, good prices (for a small independent health food shop) and often lots of things marked down. They have dried, jarred, refrigerated and frozen goods, as well as cleaning product refills, and eco home stuff, soaps etc., plus all the supplements, healing teas and alternative medicine options. And Booja Booja ice cream.

I just filled up my loyalty card recently.
Pros: Well stocked, Good prices, Friendly staff
Cons: Not open on Mondays and I always forget..

So lucky to have this gem of a shop in fife the team are really helpful with great customer service and are always open to suggestions and requests. Great selection of vegan food that you can't find in supermarket as well as an ever growing selection of other goodies and the best temphe ever . well worth a visit 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

perhaps if this shop was in a major city I wouldn't rate it so highly, but it's in Kirkcaldy. I'm sure if it was in a major city the owner would adapt and get even better, but she is working to her market strengths.
