Many vegan cake options - Edit
I was really happy to see so many vegan cake options. However, I was a bit unsure since some of them already mentioned honey in their names - so I'm not sure if all of them were truly vegan. I especially appreciated that hot drinks could be made with different plant-based milk alternatives, which isn't very common in this area.

Great spot for coffee and dessert! - Edit
Arrived in Almaty tonight and fancied a dessert and coffee and came to the right place! So cute and chic when you walk in. The staff did not speak English but with my Ukrainian and limited Russian , I said that I was vegan and asked about dessert. There were 4 on offer clearly labelled: Neapolitan cake, banoffee tart, dried plum cake and nut and chocolate dessert When asked which one was recommended, it was Neapolitan. It was so tasty! As for having a latte, I could choose from hazelnut, almond, coconut or oat milk. I chose hazelnut which was so creamy and delicious.
Read moreIt is unfortunate that the last reviewer had a less than positive experience because I found the cafe charming, the staff friendly and eager to please and let’s face it vegan desserts are hard to find and when there are 4 then that is something special! Pricey, but as a treat to enjoy a vegan dessert.

the place seemed nice and staff was friendly, but the food was a nightmare. i chose a "cabbage steak" that wasnt vegan despite the vegan sign next to it but got it without ghee and pastrami. it was a piece of boiled cabbage with sweet coconut cream. i still shiver thinking about it. the worst thing ive ever eaten.

A nice bakery with great vegan deserts - Edit
We had “Medoviik” cake and herbal tea and it was great and vegan. We enjoyed this cozy quiet place with a range of deserts including many vegan options. Friendly staff.
