pleasant surprise

i didn’t expect a sub shop close off the highway to have plant meats!! the vegetarian subs are simple to sub to make vegan. although, reviews, online info, and in-person options seemed to contradict, such as them actually not having vegan cheese or the vegan chicken strips turning out be vegan chicken tenders. i appreciated the patience the employee had regarding my questions!

Surprising hearty sandwich

Good proximity to I-55. Hit the spot for a brief road trip break. Ordered from highway 15 min out. Ate outside.
