Amazing Seitan Steak Sandwiches - Edit
I’ve travelled around a lot of the Shetland Islands now and vegan food is not widespread. It maybe accidentally vegan but not deliberately vegan! However this cafe, in the Shetland Museum, has three main meal options which are actually vegan and very clearly vegan too! The portions were large and very tasty. Make sure you book. I think we were lucky to get a table on a wet and misty day!
