Fabulous!

I'm still dreaming of this vegan pizza. It's fire-roasted, and made with the most delicious, rich plum tomatoe sauce. There are slivers of fresh garlic that appear lightly sauteed. The very light drizzle of olive oil is just the perfect amount to bring out the flavor profile of the pizza, highlighted by the oregano and basil. It was so simple but executed with perfection. That crackly crust, that sauce, that garlic! Mama mia, I cant wait to return!
