Disappointing - Edit
Has really scaled back the vegan options, we went for lunch and there lunch set menu only offered a plain salad as a vegan main so you have to order from the main menu which is really overpriced. I ordered the soup with vegan spread it came with dairy spread! Cauliflower bites were nice but one of our party ordered the vegan burger and the bun was rock hard and inedible. They had a vegan option desert but I didn't trust them to serve vegan ice cream so went up the main street. Won't be returning

Visited and really happy with the food, we both had the battered banana blossom with chips n mushy peas. There is a separate vegan menu with choices

Incredibly disappointing - Edit
Has a couple of vegan options but not worth it. Winter hot pot was inedible. Scone was stale and hard, vegetables mushy and bland. Roast carrot was a plain boiled one and the chips were dry and overcooked. Topped off with a bit of salad for some reason. Over priced and clearly not fresh. So bad we sent it back. On a positive note Waiting staff were lovely

Food was fine but not great. Has a vegan menu, though, so not a bad choice for evenings when all the much better cafes are shut.

Well I'm not often blown away with vegan pub food but these guys have nailed it, great food, very knowledgeable around vegan food and so friendly. I will be back if ever in the area (I don't often say that) for that baked cheesecake 😊

Delicious clearly labelled options - Edit
Had a delicious family meal here. Lovely fresh bread with balsamic to start followed by stuffed peppers which were beautifully seasoned with a great selection of veg and finally a baked cheesecake! A real rarity to find a dessert like that around here. Friendly staff and dogs welcome ✅
